A serious renovation habit and a passion for art and design drove Rosemary Ramsey to found Radnor Residential. A RIDQC-certified professional, her approach is practical and transparent to make the design process fun and stress-free. She believes that homes should reflect the history and hearts of the people who live in them, not what's currently hot in the showroom. Cherished possessions keep her designs timeless, and when she needs to purchase, she has a strong sense for where to splurge and where to save. Whether you just moved and want to make the most of what you have or are seeking a totally new look, Rosemary can help you make your home your happy place!
Rosemary is a native Floridian, but has called Nashville home since 2001. She earned a BA in Sociology from Northwestern University and an MBA from Vanderbilt University. She spent 15 years managing senior living communities, while her first design clients were teenagers in foster care. A Best of Houzz Winner, Rosemary is a frequent contributor on Channel 4’s Today in Nashville. In her time off, she's an amateur artist, cyclist and world traveler.
Approach and Process
A design firm for the rest of us, Radnor Residential employs a collaborative, no-fuss approach. Instead of "out with the old", Rosemary prefers mixing new and well loved items in a variety of styles to give a home a curated and collected look that's as unique as its owners. Initial consultations are $75, which will be applied to your first invoice should you choose to proceed. The goal of the first meeting is to get to know you and what you want from your house. She'll take some measurements, and pull together a proposal and quote for your review. Design fees are charged by the hour and RR shares her trade discounts with her clients.
